Subscription plans and seats
Roldesk pricing is per-workspace. Every plan includes every feature; you only pay more when you add more seats.

Every plan ships every feature. There's no feature gating — Free users get the same dispatch board, customer portal, and inventory burn-down as Enterprise. You pay for headcount, not access.
What counts as a seat
- Backoffice users = anyone with web-app access (Settings → Users count). Dispatchers, managers, accounting, owners.
- Mobile seats = anyone with the Mobile access flag on their member record. Technicians.
Members who have BOTH (a dispatcher who occasionally goes to a job site with the mobile app) count against BOTH limits.
Disabled members don't count.
Trial
New signups get a 14-day Professional trial. No credit card. After the trial, the workspace auto-downgrades to Free; nothing is deleted.
Upgrading
Settings → Billing → Change plan. Pick the new plan, confirm the new price, save. The change is effective immediately and prorated against the current billing period.
Downgrading
Same place. If you have more members than the lower plan allows, you'll be asked to disable members first.
Custom pricing
For customers who need a custom seat count or price, the platform owner can set per-customer overrides on the seat limits and the monthly price. Reach out to your account exec or email info@roldesk.com.
Cancellation
Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Workspace data is retained for 90 days so you can come back. After that, it's deleted per our Privacy Policy.
