Quotes and estimates
A quote is a priced proposal you send before doing the work. Quotes live under CRM → Quotes and look a lot like invoices — line items, tax, totals, and a branded PDF — but they represent an offer, not a bill.
Creating a quote
CRM → Quotes → New:
- Choose the account.
- Add line items (description, quantity, unit price). Totals update live.
- Add tax and any validity dates.
- Set the status and save.
Sending it
Export the PDF — branded with your logo, colors, and business details, in your workspace's customer-facing language and currency — and send it to the customer for approval.
Tracking
Quotes carry a status so you can see what's outstanding, accepted, or declined at a glance from the list. Use bulk actions to update several at once.
On mobile
Quotes can also be created and edited from the mobile app, so a tech can price a job standing in front of the customer.
