Password and account recovery
Forgot your password
- Go to /signin and click Forgot password?.
- Enter the email on your Roldesk account.
- Click Send recovery email.
- Check your inbox and spam folder. Click the link in the email.
- Set a new password (8 characters or more) on the page that opens.
- Sign in with the new password.
The recovery email comes from noreply@mail.app.supabase.io. If you don't see it within a minute, search your inbox for "Roldesk" or "Supabase" — Gmail filters them aggressively.
The link says "PKCE code verifier not found"
You opened the recovery link in a different browser from where you requested it. Open the email link in the same browser you requested the reset from, or request a new reset on the device you'll use.
(If you're still stuck, the new email link uses a server-side flow that works cross-device. Make sure you're using the most recent link you received.)
You don't have access to the email anymore
You'll need help from a workspace owner:
- The owner goes to Settings → Users → finds your member record → updates the email.
- You'll receive a confirmation link at the new email. Click it.
- Use Forgot password? to set a new password.
If you ARE the owner and lost access to your email entirely, contact us at info@roldesk.com from a recognisable address. We'll verify identity and update the email manually.
You're locked out after too many failed attempts
Wait 15 minutes — Supabase Auth temporarily rate-limits sign-in attempts to deter brute-force. After the cooldown, Forgot password? is the fastest way back in.
Two-factor authentication
Not yet supported. We're planning to add TOTP / passkeys; sign up for product updates on the contact page if you'd like a heads-up when it ships.
