Creating and sending invoices

Build an invoice with line items and tax, export a branded PDF, and track it from draft to paid — on web or mobile.

Invoices

Invoices live under CRM → Invoices. An invoice bills an account for work done — materials, labor, and anything else — and produces a branded PDF you can send to the customer.

Creating one

CRM → Invoices → New opens a full-screen form:

  1. Pick the account you're billing.
  2. Add line items — description, quantity, and unit price. Totals recalculate as you type.
  3. Set tax if it applies; the subtotal, tax, and grand total roll up automatically.
  4. Set the status and any dates (issue date, due date).
  5. Save.

The PDF

Every invoice has a PDF export that uses your organization's branding (logo, colors, business details) and the customer-facing language and currency configured for your workspace. It's the same document your customer sees — send it by email or download it.

Tracking status

Invoices move through statuses (for example draft → sent → paid). The Financials page under CRM rolls invoices up into revenue and accounts-receivable views, including AR aging, so you can see what's outstanding.

On mobile

Technicians and managers with the right role can create and edit invoices from the mobile app — same line items, totals, tax, and dates — so you can bill on-site the moment a job wraps.
