Import a contract from a PDF

Instead of typing a contract in by hand, you'll be able to upload a signed PDF and have Roldesk read it and pre-fill the new-contract form for you.

How it will work

1. On the New contract screen, choose Import from PDF and upload the signed document.
2. Roldesk reads the document and fills in what it can — title, type, dates, value, billing cadence, renewal terms, and a description.
3. You review everything and save. Nothing is saved automatically, and anything that couldn't be read confidently is left blank for you to complete.

The customer named in the document is matched to an existing account where possible — you confirm the match before saving.

Availability

This feature is coming soon. Until it's switched on, the option appears as Coming soon on the contract form, and you can continue to enter contracts manually.
