Export a contract as a PDF
You can download a clean, branded PDF of any contract to share or file.
How to export
- Open the contract.
- Click Export PDF in the top-right.
- The PDF opens in a new tab, ready to download or print.
What's included
The document uses the same branded layout as your Work Order PDFs and includes:
- Your company logo and details (from Settings)
- The customer, contract type, term, and status
- The value breakdown — per-period, monthly, and annual value
- Billing and renewal details for recurring contracts
- The Summary, Scope of work, Description, and Terms & clauses you entered
Tip: add a logo and company details in Settings so your PDFs are fully branded.
